Assistant Vice President : Graduate in any regulation & Qualified Company Secretary (Persons holding chartered Accountant qualification additionally will be preferred).
Secretarial Officer : Graduate with NISM/NCFM certificates.

Age Limit :

Assistant Vice President : 45 years
Secretarial Officer : 35 years
