Jobs Discription:
To support the Trade Marketing Manager to drive the business forward and develop the most effective strategies & implement the most efficient consumer & trade promotions and activities.
Close & collaborative working relationship with Sales and Brand is essential in order to develop the appropriate plans to support the business.
Accountable for developing the Channel Strategy to support long term Channel Category (Sparkling, Iso, Still Juice & Tea, Water) growth and profitability, increase market share.
Responsible for working with Region/Key Account teams to define and develop appropriate channel & key customer execution KPI targets. Support the construction of key commercial propositions for specified category at the Channel level.
Accountable for developing channel promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge. Ensure all DME promotional investment is properly reviewed and evaluated.
Accountable for ensuring pre and post evaluation of key channel promotions (i.e., Festive promotion, Brand launches promotion, etc.) is conducted and share learning with all the stakeholders. Evaluations to assess both financial and executional targets/KPIs.
