UPSEE counselling 2014 – Online counselling date schedule call letter download for B.Tech MBA MCA : Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow will Conduct UP State Entrance Exam (UPSEE 2014) Counselling (Counseling is Going to Start from 27.06.2014) for the candidates who have Qualified in UPSEE Entrance exam 2014 for take Admission in Graduate Courses (B.Tech, B.Pharma, B.Arch, BHMCT, B.FAD) and Post Graduate (MBA, MCA, MAM) Courses of UP Government & Private Colleges.Candidates will have to download their UPSEE 2014 Counselling letters after entering the course, Roll No and Date of Birth, get their documents verified, pay the counselling fee and start choice filling from July 3, 2014. UPSEE 2014 Counselling – Important Points:
- All the successful candidates will be eligible for counselling process in which seats will be allocated to them as per their merit and choices filled by them at the time of admission.
- Candidates applying for counselling will be called for document verification process at the counselling centers on the basis of their State Ranks.
- Allotment of seats will be done on the basis of candidate’s merit, choices filled by them while applying online and the final scenario of vacant seats in UPSEE 2014 Counselling.
- In the document verification round, candidates will have to bring their ORIGINAL documents which will be verified and in case of any discrepancy, they will be rejected.
- Candidates have to bring certificates such as mark sheets and certificates of qualifying examination, rural weightage certificate, domicile certificate and reservation certificate.
- As per the norms of UPSEE 2014 Counselling these certificates should be in proper format and issued by proper competent authority.
- At the time of document verification, the candidates will be required to submit a DD of Rs. 500/-towards counselling fee which will be non – refundable.
- In case the candidate is allotted a seat during Counselling of UPSEE 2014 he/she will have to fill part admission fee within 3 days of allotment letter issue.
- In case the candidates fail to submit this fee within the prescribed time, the seat allotted to them will be forfeited.
- Also in case the candidate has submitted this fee and they don’t take admission in the college allotted to them, the fee will NOT be refunded in any case.
- If any student wishes to go for another round of UPSEE 2014 Counselling he/she has to submit the fee for the same (Rs. 500/-) again for each round.
- After the counselling is over, a special round will be conducted for filling the vacant seats by reserve category candidates.

- All bank DDs required for UPSEE 2014 Counselling should be prepared in name of “Finance Officer, Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow”.
- All DDs should be payable at the city where the candidate is attending counselling.
