UP Police Constable Physical Exam (PET) Syllabus/ Pattern

Physical Standard Test :-

It is test of candidates physical norms such as Height, Chest & Weight. Candidate have to attain these physical norms otherwise their candidature is cancelled. Norms of Height, Chest & Weight are given below:-

Height:- Minimum Standards for Heights are as follows:-

Chest:- Chest for Male candidate is as follows:-

Physical Efficiency Test (PET):-

Candidates have to give Physical Efficiency Test of 100 marks after qualifying Pre Screening Test. In Physical Efficiency Test Male candidates have to complete Race of 4.8 km in maximum 30 minutes & Female candidates have to complete Race of 2.4 km in maximum 18 minutes. Candidates who are unable to complete the race will be disqualify automatically.
