Educational Details:CA/ICWA. (OR) MBA (Finance) with 60% or more. (OR) M.Com with 60% or more along with B. Com with minimum 60% marks.
Note:– Recognized Degree of MBA(Finance) of a University established by Law in India OR approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) OR by the Distance Education Council (DEC) and M.Com qualification of a University established by Law in India, must be of 2 years duration. It includes 2 years PG Diploma in Business
Management declared equivalent to MBA (Finance).
Age Limit: The candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must have not attained the age of 35 years as on last date of online submission of Application. Relaxation in age, wherever applicable, shall be given as per rules.
Pay Scale: Selected Candidates will be initially engaged as “Probationer Trainee” for a period of two years and during the period of Probation Training Accounts Officer (PT) will be paid fixed remuneration @ Rs. 16,800/- per month. After successful completion of probation training period, they will be fixed in the Running Pay Band (PB-3) of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs. 5400/-.
Selection Procedure:A written competitive examination comprising of objective type questions shall be conducted. Bonus marks for experience to Nigam’s employees wherever applicable, shall be given as per rules. There shall be no interview.

About the Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (RVPN) :
The legislative Assembly of Rajasthan approved the Rajasthan Power Sector Reforms Bill (Reform Bill) on September 25,1999. The reform bill received the Presidential Assent on December 28,1999 and became effective from June 1, 2000. As the first initiative in implementing the reforms program, GoR established Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (RERC) in January 2000. The vertically integrated monopoly power utility RSEB was unbundled into new entities on 19th July 2000, based on functional specialization, namely:

Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited(RVUN), to operate and maintain the existing state owned power stations

Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (RVPN), to undertake the function of transmission and bulk supply of electricity in Rajasthan and also own the rights in shared inter-state partnership projects

The distribution function was separated from RSEB and vested into three Distribution Companies, registered under the Companies Act namely, Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited and Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited.
