Name of the Post:Manager/Asst. Manager

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have completed Bachelors/ Masters Degree/ PG/ MBA/ CA with First Class  marks from government recognised institute/ university and have relevant work experience.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.17100/- p.m. in the scale of 17100-1000(11)-28100-EB- 1000(4)- 32100-1100(1)- 33200 applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’.

Age:Candidates maximum age limit for Assistant Manager post 30 years and for Manager post is 35 years as on 31/08/2013.

Age Relaxation: Upto a maximum of 5 years in respect of SC/ST candidates; Upto a maximum of 3 years in respect of OBC candidates; Upto a maximum of 10 years if the candidate is a physically handicapped person.

Application Fee: Rs. 400/- (No fee for SC/ ST/ PH candidates).

Mode of fees Payment:Candidates have the option of making the payment of requisite fees through the ON-LINE mode.

Note: Candidate desirous of applying for both the posts have to apply separately alongwith prescribed fee.

Selection Process: Online Written Examination (Objective type – Consisting of Physics & Chemistry of 10th Std. CBSE) [Written Exam Schedule to be Held on 23.11.2013]

About the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD):

National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) is an apex development bank in India having headquarters based in Mumbai (Maharashtra)and other branches are all over the country. The Committee to Review Arrangements for Institutional Credit for Agriculture and Rural Development (CRAFICARD), set up by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) under the Chairmanship of Shri B. Sivaraman, conceived and recommended the establishment of the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). It was established on 12 July 1982 by a special act by the parliament and its main focus was to uplift rural India by increasing the credit flow for elevation of agriculture & rural non farm sector and completed its 25 years on 12 July 2007.
