Educational Qualification:Eligible Applicants have a BE/B Tech Degree (Civil) with minimum 60% marks from the recognized University or Institution.
Note:For candidates with ME/M Tech. (Structures with minimum 60% marks, qualifications requirement of experience may be dispensed with.
Experience: All the Candidates required 02 years of professional experience in Civil Engineering Design works.

Pay Scale:Eligible candidates will get the pay of Approximate Rs.15600-39000/- with GP Rs.5400/-
Age Limit: Candidates who are appearing for this post should not have completed 50 years as on 01/01/2014.
Note:The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.
ii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.
iii) By 5 years to candidates who have originally been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be called for written examination and personal interview and scrutiny of documents as per number of vacancies to be filled in.
