- Name of the Post:Functional Director (HR)
Educational Qualification:Candidates should have a MBA (HR)/ MSW (PM/IR)/Two year full time Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management from a recognized University or Institutions.
Experience : Minimum 25 years experience of which atleast three years should be as head of Corporate HR function reporting to Managing Director in a large industry employing above 1000 employees. Knowledge of Malayalam essential.

Pay Scale:Selected candidates would be eligible to get the pay scale of around Rs.80,000-90,000/-.
Age Limit: Candidates who are appearing for this post should have the max.age 55 years.
Contract Period: Upto 5 years or attaining 58 years of age whichever is earlier.
Note:The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.
ii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.
iii) By 5 years to candidates who have originally been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.
