Name of the Post :-
1.General Manager (Technical) – 01
Educational Qualification & Experience : The incumbent will be incharge of the manufacturing plant and responsible for Technical and Operational activities. He will coordinate the functions of plant production, generation and distribution of utilities, production planning and control, Engineering and projects. He should be well conversant with the international regulatory requirement and advise the Management in up gradation of the facilities. He shall look after the matters relating to regulatory requirement and shall have experience in obtaining various approvals such as TGA, USFDA, MHRA,MCC etc. The candidates who have the experience in R & D and Drug Development activities will be preferred. The candidate should possess Degree/ Post Graduation in Pharmacy / B Tech with MBA with a minimum 25 years exposure in the above areas out of which 10 years in senior position. The CTC for the above post is around Rs.17/- lacs per annum. Age Limit : Candidate’s age should have attained the age of 18 years, but should not have exceeded 50 years.
2.General Manager (Commercial) – 01
Educational Qualification & Experience : The candidate shall be responsible for managing overall materials function including Stores, Purchase, Planning and Co-ordination including logistics for pharma product activities. Candidate should be graduate with MBA in Materials Management from a recognized institution/university with a minimum 25 years experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry out of which 10 years in a senior position. The CTC for the above post is around Rs.17/- lacs per annum. Age Limit :Candidate’s age should have attained the age of 18 years, but should not have exceeded 50 years.
3.Assistant General Manager (Marketing) – 01
Educational Qualification & Experience : The incumbent will be responsible for all India Pharma trade sales, projections, promotion and realization of sales. The incumbent will be solely responsible for achieving targeted sales through market penetration, fulfillment of key result areas and maximization of the customer satisfaction. The incumbent should be Graduate in Science / pharmacy / commerce with thorough knowledge of the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry. Additional qualification in management is desirable. The incumbent should have minimum 15 years of experience out of which a minimum of 7 years at senior managerial level in pharmaceutical industry. The CTC for the above post is around Rs.13/- lacs per annum. Age Limit : Candidate’s age should have attained the age of 18 years, but should not have exceeded 50 years.
