Educational Qualification :

Qualification for the Senior Project Technical Assistant post : Candidate should have MBA or Masters in Rural Development with more than 5 years experience in rural project. Preferred background: Worked in some rural projects in operational and research activities at block levels of Madhya Pradesh. Knowledge of computer applications and proficiency in written and oral English communication skills.
Qualification for the Project Assistant post : Candidate should have B.Com with at least 10 years experience. Preferred background: Managing quality training, process improvements, assuring proper work assignments to the staffs etc. under government-sponsored project in an academic institute or any large government or private sector organization. Knowledge of computer applications and proficiency in written and oral English communication skills.
Qualification for the Project Technical Assistant post : Candidate should have Diploma in Engineering with at least 7 years experience. Preferred background: Renewable Energy implementation with training & supervising the people at rural areas for Energy Efficient ways. Experience of working with SHGs, motivating people for self employment. Knowledge of computer applications and MIS.
Qualification for the Project Research Assistant post : Candidate should have Master in Social Sciences, B. Tech & MBA, MBA (in rural management) Experience: 2-5 years . Location: Madhya Pradesh.
Qualification for the Assistant Project Manager post : Candidate should have Master in Social Sciences, B. Tech & MBA, MBA (in rural management) Experience: 5 years or more. Location: Odisha (1 no.) / Rajasthan (1 no.).

Pay Scale :

Pay Scale for the Senior Project Technical Assistant post : Rs.21000-31000/-P.M.
Pay Scale for the Project Assistant post : Rs.14000-20000/-P.M.
Pay Scale for the Project Technical Assistant post :Rs.14000-20000/-P.M.
Pay Scale for the Project Research Assistant post : Rs.21000-31000/-P.M.
Pay Scale for the Assistant Project Manager post : Rs.28000-42000/-P.M.

Selection Process :

Candidates will be selected based on performance in Written Test and/ or Group Discussion and/ or Personal Interview.
