Educational Qualification :
- Eligible and Interested Candidate Ph.D. in Chemistry with specialization in organic chemistry with 14 years of core R&D experience in the area of chemical reactions/transformations/ processes, bio-product chemistry. OR Masters in food science and technology or food engineering or food and nutrition with Ph.D. in Food Science/Food Technology/Engineering or Food and Nutrition with 7 years of post-doctoral R&D experience.OR M. Tech/M.E. plus Ph.D. in Food Technology/Food Engineering with 5 years of post-doctoral research experience which should be substantiated with demonstrated consistent productivity/performance.
