Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification :
Eligible and Interested candidate must have completed their (a) a holder of Degree in Law (b) practising as an Advocate in the High Court or Courts subordinate thereto for not less than seven years on the date of publication of Advertisement and in computing the period during which a candidate has been an Advocate there shall be included any period during which he has held the post of a Public Prosecutor or Government Advocate or Judicial Officer.
Pay Scale :
Applicant’s pay scale will be Rs.51550-1230-58930-1380-63070 + dearness allowance and other allowances as admissible under the Rules.
Age Limit :
Candidates age should be between 18 years to 45 years . Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Application Fee :
Candidates have to pay the Application Fee of Rs.1000/- for General Category candidates and Rs.500/- for Backward Class candidates should be paid in the form of demand draft payable at par at Bombay in favour of “Assistant Registrar, for Registrar General, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay .
Selection Process :
Candidates would be selected based on performance in the Personal Interview.
