NIPHM Recruitment 2013 – Various 13-Post :National Plant Protection Training Institute (NIPHM) invites applications for the recruitment of Hindi Typist Posts in Hyderabad.
In order to bestow greater functional flexibility, and broader reach in delivery against the emerging challenges in the field of Plant Health Management, a very crucial area for enhancing our country’s agricultural production, the Department of Agriculture & Cooperation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India had taken a decision for transforming this Institute into an autonomous body vide resolution F. No. 20-62/2007-PP I dated13th October,2008. Consequently, the Institute has been registered as an Autonomous Society under the Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India, in the Office of the Registrar of Societies, Rangareddy District, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh on 24th October, 2008 under the name, National Institute of Plant Health Management with Registration No. 1444 of 2008 under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001 (Act No.35 of 2001).

Qualification :
1. i. A First class Masters Degree from recognized University.
ii. EXPERIENCE: 4 (four) years experience in a responsible supervisor or administrative position with a grade pay of Rs. 4200/- .
OR
2. MBA – First class from NAAC accredited Institutions with 2 years Managerial/Administrative experience in supervisory cadre.
OR
3. C.A. with One year experience.
Note:All educational qualifications should be from a recognised university/ Board.
DESIRABLE:
a. Should be conversant with the government rules and regulations/office procedures pertaining to
administration, accounts, purchases and maintenance.
Or
b. Certificate in at least one ERP module such as SAP/ People Soft/BaaN etc.
Pay Scale :Selected candidates would be eligible to get the pay scale of around Rs.9,300-34,800 & GP Rs.4,600/-.
Age Limit(in yrs): Interested candidates who are appearing for this post should have the age of 21-35 years.

Selection Procedure:Selection will be made on the basis of a written test if felt necessary & will be followed by an Interview of candidates who qualify in the written test. Written Test will be of Objective Type covering Test of Reasoning, Numerical Ability and General Knowledge. The date and venue of the written test, if to be conducted, will be communicated to the eligible candidates individually.
