Eligible and Interested candidate must have completed their MSc. (Electronic Science)/M.Sc.(Physics with specialization in Electronics/Solid State Physics)/M.Tech. (Nano science & Nanotechnology / Technology) with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) are required. Preference Will be given to NET/GATE qualified candidates. Salary Will be given as per DST norms.
