Educational Qualification :

Eligible and Interested candidate must have completed their B.Tech or Equivalent from an Indian University or equivalent degree from a Foreign University.

Pay Scale :

Applicant’s pay scale will be-

(i) Assistant Manager (Civil), E-2 Grade (IDA Scale Rs.20600-46500) Candidate working in the relevant discipline in the substantive Grade PB-2 scale Rs.9300-34800 with GP Rs.4600.
(ii) Manager (Civil), E-3 Grade (IDA Scale Rs.24900-50500) Candidate working in the relevant discipline in the substantive Grade PB-2 scale Rs.9300-34800 with GP-Rs.4800 in Gazetted Cadre.
(iii) Senior Manager (Civil), E-4 Grade (IDA Scale Rs. 29100-54500) Candidate working in the relevant discipline in the substantive Grade PB-3 scale Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs.6600 or GP Rs.5400 (with 04 years service in Group „B‟)
(iii) Dy General Manager(Civil), E-5 Grade (IDA Scale Rs. 32900-58000) Candidate working in the relevant discipline in the substantive Grade PB-3 scale Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs.6600 (Group „A‟) or Sr Scale Officers having 08 years service in Group „B‟)

Age Limit :

Candidate’s age should have attained the age of 18 years, but should not have exceeded 30 years.

Selection Process :

Candidates would be selected based on their performance in Written Examination and Interview.
