Age Limit:
- Candidates’ age must have examination must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st January 2016
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a
- Candidates must have obtained degree in engineering from a university incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or Other educational institutions establishment by an act of parliament or declared to be deemed as university.
- Passed section A and B of the institution section A and B of the Institution Examination of the Institution of engineering.
- Candidates must be obtained a degree/diploma in engineering from a such foreign university college institution and under such condition as may be recognized by the government for the purpose from time to time.
- Passed graduate membership examination of the institute of electronics and telecommunication engineers.
Application Fee Details: Candidates (expecting female SC/ST/PH) candidates who are exempted form payment of fee) are required to pay a fee Of Rs 200/- either by depositing the money in any branch of SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of SBI State Bank Of Bikaner & Jaipur State bank. All female candidates and candidates belonging to scheduled caste/ scheduled tribes/physically handicapped categories are exempted form payment of application fee.

Selection Process:
- Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test followed by certificates’ verification and Interview.
How to Apply:
- Candidates can apply online using the linkwww.upsconline.nic.in. Other mode will not be accepted. Before applying for online post candidates must read all the instruction given at the UPSC website. Candidates fill the application correctly and completely application should be complete in all respect and applicants should submit online application before the last date mentioned below.
Candidates can Apply Online from 27 February, 2016 to 25 March, 2016.
Instructions for Online Application:
1. Log on to www.upsconline.nic.in
2. Select on ‘Online Application for Various Examinations of UPSC’ link.
3. Select the Part-I Registration link which consists of personal details.
4. After filling up all marked details of Part-I, click on ‘Continue’ button.
5. This will provide you with Registration ID, retain it.
6. Enter the payment details in the appropriate place.
7. To fill up Part-II of Application, Registration Number and Date of Birth must be entered.
8. Fill all marked details carefully
9. Upload photo & Signature in the appropriate place .
10. After filling all the details click on the submit button.
