1.State Mission Manager Social Mobilization and Institution Development
Educational Qualification : Eligible and Interested candidate must have completed their Post graduate diploma in Management/MBA/MSW/ Masters in Sociology/Masters in Economy or Masters in any other relevant discipline with 5 years of experience in Social Mobilization and Institution Development.
2.State Mission Manager Shelters and Social Infrastructure
Educational Qualification : Eligible and Interested candidate must have completed their Post graduate diploma in Management/MBA/MSW/ Masters in Sociology/Masters in Economy or Masters in any other relevant discipline with 5 years of experience in Shelters and Social Infrastructure
3.State Mission Manager Skills and Livelihoods
Educational Qualification : Eligible and Interested candidate must have completed their Post graduate diploma in Management/MBA/MSW/ Masters in Sociology/Masters in Economy or Masters in any other relevant discipline with 5 years of experience in Skills and Livelihoods.
4.State Mission Manager Financial Inclusion & Micro Enterprises
Educational Qualification : Eligible and Interested candidate must have completed their Post graduate diploma in Management/MBA/MSW/ Masters in Sociology/Masters in Economy or Masters in any other relevant discipline with 5 years of experience in Financial Inclusion & Micro Enterprises.
5.State Mission Manager -HR & Capacity Building
Educational Qualification : Eligible and Interested candidate must have completed their Post graduate diploma in Management/MBA/MSW/ Masters in Sociology/Masters in Economy or Masters in any other relevant discipline with 5 years of experience in HR & Capacity Building.
6.State Mission Manager – MIS & ME
Educational Qualification : Eligible and Interested candidate must have completed their Two year full time post Graduate diploma/ Master in Computer Science, M.Sc. (Computer science), B.Tech (Computer science) or MCA from government recognized institute/ university with at least 5 years of experience in designing and implementation of MIS and ME for large development project, preferably poverty reduction project and full understanding of Data Analysis Technique
Pay Scale : Applicant’s pay scale will be decided by the company.

Age Limit :
Candidate’s age should have attained the age of 18 years, but should not have exceeded 35 years.
Selection Process :
