Educational Qualification :

Qualification for Research Associate (RA) – Candidate should have passed i) M.E / M.Tech in Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering (or) Irrigation Water Management (or) Integrated Water Resources Management (or)Agricultural Engineering (or) M.Sc., Agriculture (or) Horticulture (Any branch) (or) M.B.M / P.G Diploma in Agricultural Business Management or equivalent Or MBA Or post-graduate in any discipline with minimum 3 years experience in rural development works such as organizing farmers, crop diversification, marketing etc., Or post- graduate diploma in rural development with minimum 3 years experience from the recognized University or Institute.
Qualification for Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – Candidate should have passed i)M.E / M.Tech in Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering (or) Irrigation Water Management (or) Integrated Water Resources Management (or)Agricultural Engineering (or) M.Sc., Agriculture (or) Horticulture (Any branch) or equivalent Or post-graduate in any discipline with minimum 3 years experience in rural development works such as organizing farmers, crop diversification, marketing etc., Or post- graduate diploma in rural development with minimum 2 years from the recognized University or Institute.
Qualification for Technical Assistant –Candidate should have passed .E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or) Agricultural and Irrigation Engineering (or) Horticulture (or) Food Process Engineering (or)
Energy and Environmental Engineering (or) Agricultural Information Technology from the recognized University or Institute.
Qualification for Field Assistant – Candidate should have passed Diploma in Civil Engineering (or) Diploma in Agricultural Engineering / Agriculture / Horticulture (or) equivalent from the recognized University or Institute.

Pay Scale :

Pay Scale for Research Associate (RA) -Rs.24000/-P.M.
Pay Scale for Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – Rs.18000/-P.M.
Pay Scale for Technical Assistant -Rs.12000/-P.M.
Pay Scale for Field Assistant – Rs.6000/-P.M.

Selection Process :

Candidates would be selected based on their performance in interview.
